Since joining the central bank of Bangladesh as an Assistant Director in 2010, Mr. Shahinuzzaman has significantly
contributed to the country’s financial sector infrastructure. His versatile professional career includes leadership roles
as an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) under the 33rd BCS, alongside corporate engineering positions at
international tech giants LM Ericsson Bangladesh Ltd. and Motorola Bangladesh Pvt. Ltd. He specializes across
critical domains including telecommunications, ERP systems, procurement, payment systems, and foreign
investments.
